I trained through Maternity Wise and have spent the last five years walking alongside families through birth, postpartum, and now bereavement. I believe every stage of this journey deserves presence, dignity, and care and I am honored to be that person for you. 🤍

Birth Doula Support

Babywearing is one of the most beautiful ways to stay close to your baby while keeping your hands free. Whether you are brand new to babywearing or looking to get the most out of a carrier you already own, I am here to help.

In-Person Consultation — $60 Come try on and explore my library of nearly 20 carriers and find the perfect fit for you and your baby. You will leave feeling confident and comfortable in your carrier of choice.

Virtual Support Session — $25 Already have a carrier and need a little guidance? We will connect virtually and work through fit, positioning, and any questions you have.

Postpartum Doula Support $25/hour | Day shifts $35/hour | Night shifts

Grief deserves the same care, presence, and support as any other part of this journey. Whether you are navigating early miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, you do not have to walk through it alone.

What's included:

  • Miscarriage kits on hand

  • Memory-making support to help capture and commemorate your baby's life

  • Postpartum bereavement care

A birth doula is a trained, non-medical support person who walks alongside you through labor and delivery — providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support every step of the way.

What's included:

  • 3 prenatal appointments

  • Continuous labor and delivery support

  • Babywearing education

  • 1 postpartum follow-up meeting

  • On call starting at 37 weeks

Bringing a baby home is beautiful and overwhelming all at once. A postpartum doula is here to make sure you feel supported, cared for, and never alone in those early days and weeks.

  • Newborn care and guidance

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Babywearing education

  • Sibling support and care

  • Light housekeeping
